Returning Students Registration

2024-2025 

 

LAST DAY TO REGISTER WILL BE AUGUST 23, 2024 

$20 Registration fee included in tuition after August 25, 2024

Returning Students and Continuing Formation students please fill out this Registration Form 

​

To register, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Fill out the 2024-2025 Medical Form and attach it to the Registration Form. Or send it to this email address: religiousformation@straphaelelpaso.org

Step 2: Optional: Submit your payment and send us the receipt or add the Transaction ID and the amount paid in the notes section on the Registration Form. (If you do not send us the receipt, the payment may not be counted.)

Step 3: Please stop by the Office of Religious formation to pay or to pick up your books and bags for the next coming academic year.

Documents can be emailed to us at religiousformation@straphaelelpaso.org or dropped off at the Religious Formation Office during office hours.

When emailing us, please include:

• Name of the student

• Name of the catechist

• Payment transaction number (only if you pay online)
