Online registration for Students

When completing the online registration form, documents and payment information will need to be uploaded to the form. We recommend skimming the Registration Form first, then coming back to this page to use as a guide to complete payment and documents needed to submit the form online. Filling out the form online and making the payment in person or submitting the documents in person is acceptable. We have in person registration as well.

Documents Required for 1st Holy Communion​

• Baptism Certificate

• Must be in first grade or above

Documents Required for Confirmation​

• Baptism Certificate

• Communion Certificate

• Must be at least 14 years old

Payment Information

​

TUITION FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

(Cost includes t-shirt, book, Bible, Prayer book, Drawstring Backpacks, etc.)

                                                                    

Tuition Fee:

1 Students       $125.00

2 Students       $220.00

3 Students       $270.00

 $10.00 Drop fee before August 23, 2024

How to make a payment:

Step 1: Go to link provided 

Step 2: Add the tuition fee in the third slot that says St. Raphael Religious Formation

Step 3: Fill out page and submit payment

Step 4: On the next page the receipt will be given, record the Transaction ID and amount paid or screenshot the receipt

Step 5: Add the Transaction ID and amount paid in the notes section of the Registration Form. Or email us the screenshot of the receipt

Registration cannot be completed without transaction information.

Online Registration Steps:

• First Communion Certificate (For Confirmation students)

Step 3. Fill out the 2024-2025 Medical Form and attach it to the Registration Form. Or send them to this email address: religiousformation@straphaelelpaso.org

Step 4: Make a payment using the link. Steps provided in Payment Information.
