REGISTRATION

Registration is open 

July 15th to August 9  On TIME Registration.

 

August 10th  Late Registration with Fee added.

​

Due to limited space, registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Documents needed at the time of registration as is applicable to your child/children:​

• Baptismal certificate

• Medical Form

It is a diocesan requirement to have these on file for each candidate preparing for First Communion.

TUITION FEE $130/yr 

(Cost includes t-shirt)

$10.00 Drop fee on and after August 30, 2026.

 

 

CLASS DATES

All English Kinder, Communion 1st yr and 3rd-7th grade Continuing-formation, Confirmation 1st yr., OCIC & OCIT, Primera Communion & all Confirmacion  classes will begin

Sunday, October 4, 2026.

CLASS TIMES

First Communion:

classes 9:00 am to 11 am. Families are encouraged to attend Mass at their convenience.

​

All students attend must attend one 5pm Mass per month with their family.

TARDIES

Students need be on time and prepared to participate with his/her book and materials. Tardy slip will be given for student late after 5 min. 3 tardies=1 absence. 

 

CLASS SIZE

All students will be placed accordingly to the level of instruction needed. Class size will be determined by enrollment and grade level.  Students will be placed on a roster at the time of registration provided all proper documentation is submitted and tuition is paid in full. Once the class reaches its limit, the class will be closed.  Approximate class size = 20

CLASS ATTENDANCE

Children/youth in First Holy Communion sacramental classes will move up with their class provided all requirements for that level have been met. Any absences must be called in by the parent to the office and to your child/youth’s catechist.  Make-up work is required. More than 3 absences will result in being dropped from the program and not completing impending sacraments.

FIRST RECONCILIATION AND

FIRST COMMUNION

 

Children are required to attend no less than 2 consecutive years of formation from 1st grade through High School. It is very important that parents be committed and involved in their child’s formation! Parents in 2nd year Communion must attend a “Eucharist Retreat” with their child in the spring of 2027.

PARENT MEETINGS

Parents of children/youth in sacramental classes will be required to attend Sunday adult formation meetings. ​

11:30am to 1:00 pm (Class Time)

Clases en Español participan en la Misa

1:30 pm en español. (la familia es bienvenida a sentarse en el área designada para primera comunión)
